Introduction

You are enough just as you are. You can accept yourself, and all parts of you today while moving toward what matters most to you. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or at odds with yourself, or are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship challenges, life transitions, career path or executive functioning struggles, or neurodivergence - you don't have to figure it out alone. I am here with kindness and without judgment to support you in cultivating self-compassion, empowerment & resilience, and in creating space for meaningful change and growth. I'm Brendan Gallery, Mental Health Therapist, LPCC and owner of Being in Motion Counseling. I take an integrative, humanistic and mindfulness based approach leveraging a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities custom tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe we each hold an innate capacity for compassion, healing, and insight at our core. Yet self-criticism, limiting beliefs, intrusive thoughts, trouble focusing, or pressure to do or be more can leave us feeling lost or burned out. Through mindfulness based practices building compassionate awareness, self-discovery and radical acceptance, we can meet ourselves and all of our parts with kindness while moving toward a meaningful, balanced, values-aligned life. You don't have to have everything figured out to begin. Just being you is enough. I look forward to connecting with you! Be who you are. Move toward what matters.
