I draw from person-centered, relational, and humanistic approaches, with curiosity at the center of our work. Therapy with me is collaborative—we'll explore what shaped you, notice patterns that may be holding you back, and make space for new possibilities. I'm completing CACREP-accredited graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University and bring 20 years of professional experience spanning leadership, healthcare, recovery, and major life transitions. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, sexuality questions, or significant life changes, I meet you where you are while encouraging you to look deeper and discover what feels authentic. You don't need to have all the answers to begin—sometimes knowing that something feels off is enough. I offer individual, couples, and group sessions via telehealth or in-person, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to understand yourself more or for something to feel different, I'd be honored to explore that with you.
