Introduction

Now accepting new clients. Offering telehealth sessions throughout Massachusetts. Are you feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure about what’s next? Maybe you’re navigating a major transition, noticing more anxiety or self-doubt, or feeling like life is happening to you. You don’t have to sort through it all alone.I work with people who are trying to find direction and regain a sense of balance—often after change, loss, burnout, or shifts in their recovery. Together we’ll build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and break patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Our work often begins by easing distress and understanding its roots. But relief alone isn’t enough—you deserve to feel fulfilled, not just “less bad.” We’ll identify what matters most to you, practice skills that fit your life, and create conditions for growth and lasting change. If you’re new to therapy, you’re not alone. I work with many men—blue-collar workers, veterans, first responders, and busy professionals—who weren’t sure therapy was for them. I keep the process straightforward and grounded, offering practical tools for stress, relationships, recovery support, and daily life. In network with BCBS & Harvard Pilgrim.
