Introduction

Brenna (she/her) is a compassionate, trauma-informed pre-licensed therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build greater resilience, authenticity, and self-compassion. With a warm, person-centered approach, she fosters a safe, supportive environment where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to grow. Brenna has a special passion for working with athletes, trauma survivors, and neurodivergent individuals. She guides each client in reconnecting with their inner strength, reclaiming their story, and moving toward meaningful change. Her experience also includes supporting people through grief, anxiety, depression, financial hardship, and addiction recovery. Clinically, Brenna draws from Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, thoughtfully tailoring each approach to fit her clients’ unique needs and goals. Brenna is in the process of obtaining her Professional Counseling License after graduating from the master’s program at DePaul University in Spring 2025. Outside the therapy room, Brenna draws from her lived experience as a former collegiate athlete at Purdue University and DePaul University. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, painting, exploring Chicago, and teaching her dog new tricks.
