I provide a safe and supportive environment to work in collaboration with you to challenge eating disorder behavior. I strive to balance this with providing honest open reflection to help meet you where you are. I utilize the exploration of unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns meeting clients where they are at in the process of change and helping them progress. I bring over 20 years of experience helping adults and adolescents at a partial hospital level of care into my therapeutic approach, helping clients address their struggles whether they are related to an eating disorder or other mood and anxiety concerns. I collaborate with clients to help them continue to build on their strengths and develop new coping strategies. I am licensed as a professional counselor in the state of Oregon. I completed my Master’s degree in counseling psychology from Lewis & Clark College. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University in California – Go Broncos! Insurance: I am in network with PacificSource, Aetna, Kaiser and Moda. If your insurance has out of network benefits, I can provide you with a receipt for services known as a superbill that you can submit to your insurance. If you want to use out of network benefits, it is important for you to ask your insurer about what out of network benefits you have and how to access these. If you decide to not use insurance a good faith estimate will be provided and is additionally available at any time by request. My fee structure is described below as well.
