Life and relationships can hold so much meaning and still feel really hard. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in familiar patterns, emotionally disconnected, or carrying grief, trauma, or transition stress that’s shaping how you experience yourself and others. As a queer therapist, I offer a space where identities and lived experiences are valued and don't need to be defended. Therapy here isn’t about blame or fixing yourself or anyone else, it’s about understanding the patterns and emotional responses that show up within you and in your relationships. Let’s get curious about what keeps showing up and what it’s trying to protect. I take a relational approach to therapy, focusing on how connection, identity, and lived experience shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and work toward deeper understanding, connection, and repair within yourself and/or within your relationships. Individual therapy, relationship work, or somewhere in between, this space is for you. I offer an affirming, down-to-earth approach rooted in care and curiosity, with room for real talk and humor. If you cuss, laugh at the wrong moments, or feel nervous reaching out, we’ll probably get along just fine. When you’re ready, we can start with a conversation!
