Welcome! I work with clients of all ages and adapt sessions to meet the unique goals of each individual. I view therapy as a collaborative and non-judgmental process in which we'll work together to achieve short and long-term goals such as: reframing long-held harmful thought patterns or behaviors, learning how to regulate big emotions, and developing skills with the ultimate goal of empowering you to make meaningful, lasting changes. I have worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, LGBTQ+ challenges, trauma, PTSD, and life transitions. I have worked with children through seniors, from diverse backgrounds and I always strive to create a safe, supportive and confidential space for each client. I can provide individual or couple's counseling and I welcome clients of all gender-identities, races, ethnicities, religions, and backgrounds.
