Owner & Clinician I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their mental health and overall well-being. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Methodist University and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Simmons University. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults ages 2 and up who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and early childhood behavioral challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families to create personalized treatment plans that support healing, growth, and long-term emotional wellness. My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build practical coping skills and emotional resilience. I also have advanced training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), allowing me to effectively support children and families navigating behavioral concerns and trauma. With experience working in the Department of Social Services (DSS) and nursing facilities, I have developed a strong understanding of the systemic challenges many individuals and families face. This experience informs my compassionate, inclusive approach to care. I believe people are inherently good, but life’s stressors and systemic barriers can make it difficult for that goodness to shine through. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can learn practical skills, gain confidence, and feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
