My approach is grounded in humanistic and intersectional values with a culture-centered, strength-based focus on how identity, relationships, community, and social systems shape our lives. We can look beyond symptoms and struggles to explore your strengths, values, relationships, and the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or misunderstood. My specialties include Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD), neurodiversity, trauma, and substance recovery. As a queer, neurodivergent individual in recovery, I bring my own lived experiences into my understanding of identity, stigma, community, and systems. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to what feels meaningful and useful to you. I have completed EMDR training, practice from a trauma-informed lens, and enjoy incorporating creative and reflective practices when they support your process. I also incorporate harm reduction and recovery-oriented approaches when relevant. My practice is sex-positive, anti-racist, and grounded in cultural humility and responsiveness. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a transition, processing past experiences, exploring your identity or relationships, or just wanting to know yourself more deeply, I would be honored to work along side you.
