I utilize a variety of therapies that best fit the individual such as DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) , TF-CBT (Trauma Focused CBT) and Somatic Therapy. and provide tools outside of talk therapy such as journals, drawing, painting, crafting, games, visuals, mind/body connection. We will work together to regulate your nervous system, gain perspective taking, past traumas, bodily autonomy, understanding attachment, cultivate healthy relationships, and build meaning making in the therapeutic work.
