Introduction

I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults who are carrying the weight of trauma, struggling with addiction, or wrestling with anxiety. My training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), somatic experiencing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) gives me multiple pathways to help you process difficult experiences and move toward healing. I believe that trauma and addiction don't have to define your future, and that real change is possible when you have the right support. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
