Introduction

For over 20 years, I have worked with youth and families in school, community, and clinical settings, helping individuals navigate stress, trauma, anxiety, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I strive to provide a supportive, practical, and compassionate environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while building healthy coping skills and lasting positive change.
