I approach therapy with unconditional positive regard, meeting clients where they are while fostering a collaborative, evidence-based process. I work best with clients who are ready to engage actively in their growth, understanding that meaningful change requires effort. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, I tailor treatment to each client’s needs and goals, creating a safe and supportive space for self-reflection, healing, and change. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (CA license AMFT 142966), working under the supervision of Mary Unruh-Tipton, LMFT (CA License LMF46307). I utilize a strengths-based approach (in combination with other modalities) to empower clients in developing effective coping skills and achieving their goals. In our work together, we will identify and challenge negative self-talk, fostering the use of each client’s innate strengths to promote growth and resilience. I began this journey to help others, just as I was supported in my own life. I am here to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore the challenges you are facing. Regardless of where you are emotionally, I am committed to walking alongside you as you strive to live your best life. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
