I work with individuals facing a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, insomnia, addiction, adjustment difficulties, and other life/behavioral challenges. My client-centered approach draws from a blend of interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts therapy, and somatic interventions. Whichever approach we take, it is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a trauma-informed perspective with a bit of humor along the way. My goal is to support you in building awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. One quote that resonates with me and guides my work is from Carl Jung, "I am not what happened to me, but what I choose to become."
