Introduction

I work with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions. I offer a warm, collaborative space where curiosity, compassion, and authenticity guide the work. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work. I view symptoms as adaptations rather than flaws, and together we explore how your experiences have shaped you while building greater resilience, flexibility, self-understanding, and connection. Healing is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the pain and survival strategies that may no longer serve you, and moving toward a life that feels more authentic and connected. I offer in-person therapy in Costa Mesa and telehealth throughout California.
