Introduction

As a strong proponent of "geek culture," I know how much the stories around us drive how we feel; we can be inspired by heroes or held back by limiting beliefs. How does your story shape how you feel in your life and relationships? I work with all populations, but especially enjoy working with teens, children, and the LGBTQ+ community. If you have ever been touched by an epic movie moment or a well-written novel, you're in the right place. I'm eager to hear about your journey, and I'm here to help you live with less strife. In a session with me, you will encounter mindfulness-based strategies like meditation, lots of myth and story, and play therapy (yes, even for some adults!); alongside more traditional talk therapy techniques. All strategies I use to help you heal are evidence-based. We all know that the greatest epic adventures start with the formation of a fellowship, and a therapist can be a strong ally. I'm looking forward to being a part of your fellowship on your quest for healing.
