Introduction

I’m a clinical psychologist with many years of experience helping people navigate stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and major life transitions. I’ve worked with individuals from many different cultural and life backgrounds, which helps me understand how family, work, identity, and relationships shape emotional wellbeing. I’m a Fellow of Division 12 of the American Psychological Association, a recognition connected to my professional contributions to mental health care, and I stay closely connected to evidence-based approaches that truly help people feel better. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m both calm and practical — someone who listens deeply but also helps them move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while we work toward meaningful, lasting change. I am able to provide telehealth services in Maryland, Virgina, Washington DC, and Florida.
