Introduction

When life feels unmanageable or you find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help. I work with individuals seeking clarity, stability, and practical tools to move forward with greater confidence and purpose. I work with those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and their goals. Through a collaborative and supportive process, I help clients regain a sense of control, clarity, and purpose. My therapeutic approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of distress, whether related to trauma, co-occurring mental health conditions, substance use, or other factors. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s needs. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) with over a decade of experience in settings that include residential inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and clinical supervision. I am here to support you in working toward the life you want to build. Together, we will navigate your unique challenges, explore what matters most to you, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence. I invite you to reach out with any questions, and I look forward to connecting with you.
