Therapy shouldn't require you to leave parts of yourself at the door. I work with LGBTQ+ adults, couples, throuples, and polycules who are ready to stop surviving and start living more authentically. My work often includes identity and relationships, religious and cultural trauma, sex and sexuality, BDSM and kink, consensual non-monogamy, and the experiences of people living with HIV. I specialize in helping clients work through the lasting impact of rejection, bullying, religious harm, discrimination, shame, and family expectations. These experiences can follow us into adulthood, shaping relationships, intimacy, self-worth, and the way we understand ourselves. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and deeply affirming. Therapy is a place where all of you is welcome, including the parts of yourself you may have learned to hide, minimize, or apologize for.
