Introduction

As a veteran, I understand the value of resilience, support, and having a safe place to be heard without judgment. I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change. I work with both veterans, service members, and their families as well as civilian clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and wanting something different. I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. My aim is to create a welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself while developing practical tools, greater self-awareness, and confidence. Whether your challenges are connected to military experiences, family and relationships, work, major life changes, past experiences, or everyday stress, you deserve support that meets you where you are. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater balance, healing, and a more fulfilling life.
