I work with adult women navigating trauma, motherhood, perinatal and postpartum transitions, neurodivergence, and major life shifts. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally exhausted, unsure how they lost connection with themselves along the way. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding your nervous system, making sense of your story, and helping you reconnect with your sense of self and capacity for choice. My approach integrates EMDR, trauma-informed CBT, and parts work (IFS/inner child healing). I help you process what’s unresolved, shift patterns rooted in early experiences, and build internal safety and self-trust. When appropriate, I incorporate humor — not to bypass pain, but to create moments of lightness and nervous system relief. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are, tired, unsure, hopeful, skeptical, or all of the above.
