Introduction

Hi, I’m Briana, a licensed therapist in Minnesota and the practice owner of Just Be Mental Health. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented—helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in working with first responders, including police officers, firefighters, and EMS professionals. I understand the unique stressors, trauma exposure, and high-performance demands that come with these roles. My work focuses on helping first responders process critical incidents, manage chronic stress, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with themselves outside of the uniform. In addition to serving first responders, I work with individuals navigating stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. Together, we’ll identify patterns that no longer serve you and develop effective tools to help you move forward with confidence and balance.
