If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, stuck in the same patterns, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down and understand what is really going on beneath the surface. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem struggles, relationship stress, and emotional dysregulation. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-focused while still being practical and engaging. I use a personalized blend of talk therapy, mindfulness, coping skill development, ACT, DBT, creative interventions, and parts work informed therapy to help clients better understand their emotions, nervous system responses, and long-standing protective patterns. My goal is to create a laid-back, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable enough to do meaningful healing work and create lasting change.
