I believe therapy doesn't have to feel like a stereotypical process—it's about meeting you where you are and working through the parts of life that feel heavy, overwhelming, or just like a lot. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and identity questions, including gender identity and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Whether you're struggling with abandonment, attachment challenges, family conflict, or self-harming behaviors, I'm here to help. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioral approaches, I focus on practical tools and real conversation. I work with individuals and families, and I'm currently accepting new clients for telehealth sessions. Healing doesn't follow a straight line, and neither does our work together—just honest, compassionate support through the difficult seasons.
