Life transitions, trauma, and chronic stress can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and the life we want to live. Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by constant worry, intrusive thoughts, or painful memories that continue to resurface. You might feel stuck, on edge, or unsure how to move forward. I work with youth, adults, and families as they navigate difficult times and heal from trauma, supporting resilience and overall emotional well-being. My counseling style is humanistic and relational, and I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools for change. In our work together, we explore your experiences, deepen emotional insight, and create meaningful steps toward healing and growth. I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2017, and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M International University in 2023. My clinical background includes providing individual and group counseling services to the Laredo population in community mental health settings, as well as a residential treatment setting. I’ve supported people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic stress, substance use disorders, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.
