Introduction

Many women feel worn down by constant worry and second-guessing, making it difficult to feel settled and satisfied or respond to life with ease and confidence. Over time, this internal strain can impact emotional well-being, self-trust, relationships, and daily functioning. Much of my focus centers on supporting women who feel overwhelmed by overthinking, indecision, self-criticism, or a persistent sense of tension, even when life appears “fine” on the outside. I’m Brianna, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing online therapy for adult women in Colorado and Oklahoma. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and relational. I prioritize creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and respected as we explore the therapeutic process together. Through gentle, thoughtful reflection, I help women attune to the patterns that sustain avoidance, discomfort, or disconnection while practicing skills for balanced thinking, emotional recognition, regulation, and self-compassion. Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you; it’s about strengthening your capacity to respond to stress with greater choice, resilience, and alignment with your values. Curiosity and a respectful pace guide our exploration of how your symptoms show up in both mind and body, cultivating clarity that supports mindful, more sustainable ways of responding. I bring 18 years of experience in the mental health field and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2011. I believe it is a privilege to build connections with women who want to understand how they feel and what they want, and to support their intentional, self-determined goals. ** You’re welcome to begin by selecting “Request Appointment” through the secure portal. The first appointment is a brief consultation phone call to connect, explore fit, and clarify next steps without any pressure to commit. ** Certainty isn’t required to begin. Therapy offers space to start right where you are. I can help guide you from there. COMMON QUESTIONS: • How long does therapy usually last? There’s no set timeline. Some clients prefer short-term, focused work, while others choose longer-term support for various reasons and necessities. We regularly check in about goals and adjust as needed. • Do you offer online therapy only? Yes. All sessions are provided through secure telehealth for adult women located in Colorado or Oklahoma. • How does payment and insurance work? Payment depends on whether you choose insurance or self-pay. Insurance billing is handled through the credentialing platform associated with your plan. In Oklahoma, in-network insurance is currently limited to Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, and Optum. Self-pay sessions are charged securely after each session. (Details are reviewed before your first appointment.) • What if I’m unsure whether therapy is right for me right now? That’s okay. You don’t need certainty to begin. Many clients start therapy feeling unsure and use early sessions to explore fit and clarify goals. • What do I need for online sessions? A private space and reliable internet connection. A computer or laptop is recommended, though a mobile device can be used if needed.
