You may appear like you have it all together on the outside, yet feel constantly preoccupied with food, stuck in rigid patterns, or driven by an exhausting need to get everything “right.” Many of the clients I work with are high-achieving and self-aware, but feel overwhelmed by anxiety, perfectionism, or a sense that their thoughts are running their life. I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with eating disorders, OCD, perfectionism, and high-functioning anxiety or depression. These concerns often overlap and can show up as burnout, rigid thinking, or a constant sense of pressure to “do more” or “be better” I believe therapy is a balance of humanity and science, and find that real change comes from understanding the why behind your patterns and releasing the exhausting need to stay in control. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including CBT (ERP), IFS, and DBT, and is highly collaborative, educational, and tailored to your individual story. My goal is not only to support you emotionally, but to help you understand how your brain, nervous system, and emotions interact—so you can move toward flexibility, self-trust, and lasting change.
