Introduction

Are you constantly battling preoccupation with food or weight, feeling trapped by the need for perfection, or desperately trying to maintain control over every aspect of your life? My clinical experience encompasses a diverse range of populations, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults. I work primarily with individuals struggling with eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I believe that therapy is the perfect balance of humanity and science, and often find that true empowerment comes from understanding the "why." My sessions are grounded in evidence-based, research-proven modalities (CBT, DBT, IFS), creating a highly collaborative and educational space with a strong foundation of empathy, trust, and your individual story. My goal is to equip you with a deep, personal comprehension of your patterns and the psychoeducation behind your integrated treatment. I am committed to not just listening, but to teaching you exactly how your brain and emotions work so you can become your healthiest self.
