I believe therapy works best when it's tailored to you—not squeezed into a one-size-fits-all mold. I keep my caseload intentionally small so I can show up fully present and engaged in each session, without the burnout that comes from carrying too many clients. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and the unique pressures of college and competitive sports. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered work, and relational therapy—whatever resonates most with where you are. Clients often tell me that working together feels like talking to a real person, not just someone checking boxes. I offer telehealth sessions and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to explore what's been weighing on you with someone who genuinely cares about your progress, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
