I am a doctoral student in my Adolescent Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program at Prairie View A&M University with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. My clinical training has strengthened my interest in helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate difficult emotions and experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges. I recognize that reaching out for support can look different for everyone, so I strive to meet each client where they are and understand what is most important to them. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and individualized to each client’s needs and goals. I work to create a comfortable and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences while developing practical tools they can carry into their everyday lives. Through evidence-based techniques, self-reflection, and skill building, my goal is to help clients gain greater insight into themselves, recognize their strengths, and make meaningful changes that support their overall well-being.
