I am a doctoral student in my Clinical Adolescent Psychology Ph.D. program at Prairie View A&M University with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and individualized to each client’s needs and goals. I work to create a comfortable and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences while developing practical tools they can carry into their everyday lives. Through evidence-based techniques, self-reflection, and skill building, my goal is to help clients gain greater insight into themselves, recognize their strengths, and make meaningful changes that support their overall well-being. I provide psychological evaluations to help clarify diagnostic questions and better understand a client’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Evaluations may include clinical interviews, standardized testing, and a written report with recommendations. Services are conducted as part of my doctoral training under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
