Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions that shape how they see themselves and their experiences. “I’m too much.” “I’m too sensitive.” “I should just get over it.” These are phrases I often hear from people struggling with deep emotional pain. And emotions aren’t the problem—understanding them is the key to growth and change. I work with individuals facing relationship challenges, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, and trauma (single-incident or complex). My approach is centered on creating an authentic, affirming connection where we can navigate life’s challenges together. My goal is to help you show up as your full, authentic self and build a life you are proud of. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor. I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and incorporate somatic practices as well as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and cognitive processing therapy for PTSD. I am deeply passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those experiencing symptoms related to borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.
