I’m a licensed psychologist who has been working with children and teens since 2006. Over the years, I’ve learned that one of the most important parts of therapy is building a genuine connection where children feel safe, understood, and accepted. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship helps children develop confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each child’s unique needs. I use a variety of evidence-based and creative techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), art interventions, and play-based approaches to help children express themselves, build coping skills, and work through emotional or behavioral challenges. I strive to create a supportive environment where children can explore their feelings, strengthen self-esteem, and develop the tools they need to thrive both emotionally and socially.
