I work with individual navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family conflict, and challenges related to identity and self worth. I believe every person deserves a space where they feel safe to explore their experiences with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. Whether you are facing a difficult season or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, we will work together to discover your strengths, develop new ways of coping, and move toward a life that feels authentic to your values. As a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Vermont State University, I am completing my clinical internship under the supervision of Cara M. Moorby, LCMHC. As an intern, I bring curiosity, dedication, and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and affirming care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, Humanistic, Emotionally Focused, and Feminist approaches to meet each client's unique needs. Wherever you are in your journey, my goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, supported, and empowered to make choices that reflect your values and the life you want to build.
