Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who helps adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the challenges that can leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, drawing from evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, and attachment-focused interventions while honoring each client's unique experiences, values, and goals. Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years serving children, families, and vulnerable populations through foster care, child welfare, advocacy, and public service. Those experiences deepened my belief that people are often stronger than they realize and that healing is possible even after profound loss, trauma, or adversity. Outside the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, caring for foster animals, volunteering in the community, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to provide a supportive space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward the life you want to create.
