Introduction

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with master's degrees from Drexel and Columbia Universities, bringing both nursing and social work expertise to my work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in the Hudson Valley. Over my career, I've worked across inpatient, school-based, family systems, and outpatient settings—experience that shapes how I approach each person with warmth and genuine curiosity. I combine medication management with evidence-based psychotherapy, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to your unique needs. My philosophy centers on using the minimum effective medication while incorporating holistic practices that fit sustainably into your life. I'm committed to education, collaboration, and empowering you to recognize your own strengths. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and work with most major insurances. Though my practice is currently full, I encourage you to reach out—I may be able to refer you to another excellent provider.
