Together, we will educate you about mental health concerns, helping you understand the underlying reasons behind the challenges or barriers you may be facing. I provide tools and interventions to help you build inner strength, foster personal growth, and improve emotional regulation. I want to be here for you. I support clients who are mourning the loss of a loved one, navigating a divorce, or experiencing significant life transitions. I work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and emotional dysregulation. I also assist parents facing family conflicts, communication breakdowns, or major transitions, as well as individuals struggling with confidence, social pressures, and self-doubt.
