Introduction

I've spent over twenty years helping people find their way through some of life's most challenging moments. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Supervisor (LCSW-S), I specialize in working with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, with particular expertise supporting executives managing high-stress environments and burnout. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), evidence-based approaches that help rewire how we process difficult experiences. Whether you're carrying the weight of past trauma, feeling overwhelmed by work demands, struggling with panic or grief, or simply stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I'm here to help you reclaim your sense of safety and resilience. I offer telehealth sessions and work with most major insurance carriers. My practice is currently at capacity, but I encourage you to reach out, I may be able to refer you to one of the skilled clinicians I supervise, or we can discuss future availability.
