Bridgett became a clinician because she believes people are often far more capable, resilient, and resourceful than they realize. She is passionate about helping clients move away from focusing solely on what is wrong and begin recognizing what is possible as they work toward meaningful growth and the life they want to create. Bridgett works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, substance use concerns, and neurodivergence. Her approach combines practical strategies with a strong therapeutic relationship, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving, and Person-Centered Therapy. Empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard are at the foundation of Bridgett’s work. She strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted while also helping them recognize their strengths, identify solutions, and build confidence in their ability to move forward.
