I got started in this field through a strong interest in understanding how people heal and grow after difficult experiences. Over time, that interest became a commitment to providing evidence-based care that meets clients where they are. I’ve worked in a range of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, and community mental health, which has given me experience supporting adults from diverse backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed care. I am EMDR International Association trained and working toward my certification. I also incorporate strengths-based work, helping clients build on what is already working in their lives while developing new tools for change. I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, mood challenges, trauma recovery, and stress related to major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping clients develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier relationships—with others and with themselves. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I believe therapy can be a meaningful turning point, offering clarity, relief, and a stronger sense of direction. I’m here to support you in making changes that feel both realistic and sustainable for your life.
