Introduction

Pregnancy, new motherhood, and life's transitions can bring anxiety, overwhelm, and emotions you may not have expected. As a trauma-informed therapist and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider, I work with women across the lifespan, with a specialty in supporting new and expecting mothers and women who have experienced trauma. I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field working with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR, and I tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel like a safe place to be honest about what you're experiencing without judgment. Together, we can work to better understand the connection between your past and present, develop tools for managing difficult emotions and find your way back to yourself. I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin therapy, and you don't have to navigate this season alone. If you're looking for a therapist who will listen, understand, and work alongside you, I'd love to connect.
