Introduction

Hi guys! My name is Bri! I'm a local child, adolescent, and college-aged therapist in the Nashville area who believes support should feel human, flexible, and free from pressure. I pay close attention to the small moments: the first time a teen names an emotion, the relief a parent feels when they finally feel understood, and the confidence that grows when a young person realizes they’re not broken. I believe these moments matter, and they guide how we show up every day. This work is about more than mental health, it’s about helping young people trust themselves, ask for support, and believe they are worthy of care.
