Introduction

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you deserve a space where you feel genuinely safe, seen, and welcomed. As a Latina therapist, I bring lived understanding and offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive care in a warm, collaborative online space. Many people come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Whether using EMDR, art therapy, parts work, or another modality I offer, together we slow down, listen to your body and emotions, and find grounding ways forward that honor your cultural, familial, and personal experiences. I draw from art therapy, EMDR, somatic, and parts-based approaches, tailored to your goals and pace. My goal is to hold a safe, compassionate, culturally attuned space where you feel seen across cultural, linguistic, and familial experiences. You’re the expert in your life; I’m here to support and listen deeply. You deserve a safe, welcoming space where all parts of your identity—cultural, linguistic, and familial—are honored. I provide compassionate, culturally responsive care in English and Spanish, a space to explore your identity and what truly matters to you. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit.
