Introduction

I believe therapy can hold the hard stuff while leaving room for laughter, wit, and humor in the messy but human parts of life. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over eight years of experience, I work with adolescents and adults across the lifespan, specializing in trauma, relationships, family dynamics, and life transitions. I'm certified in EMDR, DBT-A, and other evidence-based approaches, with additional training in military and veteran mental health, domestic abuse, and clinical assessment. My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and tailored to you. I take my work seriously, but believe there's always room for authenticity, genuine connection, and humor along the way. Together we'll explore what feels stuck, build on your existing strengths, and create change that fits your life. Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't need the right words or a polished version of yourself. There's room here for honesty, meaningful change, and all the parts of life you bring. I offer individual, couples, family, and group sessions via Telehealth or in-person, and I'm currently accepting new clients. Additionally, I'm pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology because I believe there's always more to learn, more room to grow, and new ways to better support the people I work with. Whenever you're ready, we'll take the first step together.
