My primary goal as a therapist is to cultivate a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment. Together, we will work to understand how your past experiences shape your present, helping you heal the wounds that diminish your self-worth and to cultivate the inner strength you need to make intentional, empowering choices moving forward. I will meet you where you are and prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship at your pace.
