Reaching out for support isn't always easy, and taking that first step can feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you work toward healing and growth. I'm Britney Zamudio, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-certified therapist passionate about helping adolescents (13+) and adults navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. I also have a special passion for supporting military members, veterans, first responders, helping professionals, and their families. I believe therapy is not about "fixing" you. It's about helping you understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. Every person's story is unique, which is why I tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences, feeling overwhelmed by the present, or simply looking for a place to grow, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we'll work toward helping you find relief, gain confidence, and move forward with greater hope and purpose. Healing isn't about becoming someone new, it's about reconnecting with the person you've always had the potential to be. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe, supported, and truly heard. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate difficult experiences, celebrate progress, and discover that healing is possible.
