I am a Christian Counselor and help both individuals and couples to find restored relationship to themselves, their most intimate relationships, and to our Creator. I specialize in walking individuals through complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and helping couples find connection through communication challenges and sex therapy. My prayer is that you would feel loved, safe, and cared for in this space as you process life's darkest valleys. My approach is 'embodied', meaning I will be caring for your whole person: mind, body, and spirit. It's my greatest passion to empower, equip, and give you the tools to navigate your hardest times, while growing closer to our Savior in the process.
