I am a WV native and graduate of Marshall University. I have practiced in WV for the past 8 years and enjoy serving teens, women, and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. I am trained primarily in cognitive-behavioral therapy and also use interventions from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and feminist therapy. I work with teens, women, and LGBTQIA+ folks navigating anxiety/depression, trauma, healing from toxic or abusive relationships, and identity development and life transitions, including gender affirming care. I want to make therapy approachable for clients. I really value being personable, relatable and building a strong therapeutic rapport with my clients. Coming into a therapy space as a client can be daunting, so I prioritize being relaxed and humorous to help clients feel more comfortable. I offer in-person or tele-therapy services Monday through Friday.
