I have over twelve years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, overwhelm and chronic health challenges. My approach is both compassionate and active—creating a safe, non-judgmental space for reflection while also encouraging meaningful growth and change. My work is guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a behavioral therapy that helps us make space for discomfort while moving toward what matters most. Rather than waiting for your thoughts or feelings to change, ACT helps you build the skills to live meaningfully in the presence of struggle. Through ACT, we learn to notice what we’re feeding ourselves, to choose what sustains us, and to treat our minds with care and compassion.
