Introduction

Hi, I’m Brittany Cox, LCSW, founder of Cox Counseling. I provide virtual therapy for adults and couples across Mississippi, specializing in helping overwhelmed women, mothers, and couples navigate anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, postpartum struggles, burnout, and life transitions. My passion for this work comes from seeing how many people silently carry the weight of stress, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion while trying to care for everyone around them. Whether you’re struggling to keep up with daily responsibilities, feeling disconnected from your partner, or wondering why life feels harder than it seems for everyone else, therapy can provide a place to find clarity, healing, and practical solutions. I take a warm, down-to-earth approach that combines evidence-based techniques with genuine compassion. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, develop tools to manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. I have a special passion for working with women who feel overwhelmed by the mental load of life, mothers navigating the challenges of parenthood, adults with ADHD, and couples seeking to reconnect and improve communication. Therapy isn’t about becoming a different person—it’s about understanding yourself more fully and learning how to thrive as the person you already are. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
